Senior UX Designer bij MEDIAMONKS
As a seasoned UX designer, you have the confidence and credentials to contribute to the strategic development of the products and platforms we produce for brands such as Google, Philips and Talpa. Alongside our project frontline of producers, creatives and business leads, you visit clients to help shape our projects from the start. You give workshops and presentations to tease out the key user requirements in collaboration with the client.
The ultimate goal is to mastermind a great user experience that also meets the commercial and creative goals of a project. Your competitive audits, user insights and broad knowledge of UX and UI design will help to lay the foundation upon which great work can be built.
In this bottleneck position, communication skills are as important as seniority in UX design, and so we are looking for someone with several years of client-facing experience. Someone who can easily work as part of internal and external teams, as well as independently. At our Hilversum HQ, you will join our mighty concept and design department of approximately 40 Monks. Here you can work together directly with our designers, creatives, copywriters and fellow UX Monks to bring projects to the point of production.
