Conducting presales presentations of incadea’s product portfolio and OEM’s satellite solutions for executive audience (high focus on standardized products and processes).
Analyzing specific customer processes, proposing improvements, suggesting solutions best for business of the customer.
Training and coaching of other incadea professionals.
Providing customer view and feedback to incadea product departments.
Representing incadea group as a business professional to our customers, OEM’s and partners.
Responsibilities in Detail:
Making business analyses of operational and administrative workflows of our customers.
Making fit-gap analyses between existing and desired software solutions.
Elaborate functional analyses.
Testing software solutions.
System set-up and implementation of incadea software at and with our customers.
Training and coaching end-users.
Offering “on site” solution support to our customers.
Giving pre-sales presentations of a variety of incadea products.
Experienced in and good understanding of retail and wholesale processes.
Distinct practical experience in the automotive industry.
Strong sense of business management and knowledge of successful business consulting practice.
Ability to explain complex technical & process information on user level as well as ability to present and discuss information on management level.
Excellent communication, analytical and research skills.
Total target orientation.
Strong networking skills.
Highly communicative, cooperative and able to work in a team.
Excellent knowledge of Dutch and good knowledge of English, in writing as well as verbally.
